POSITIVE REFLECTION
Before joining the Amal Fellowship I was an introverted person I did not speak publicly due to a lack of confidence and this weakness was a restriction in my success.
But after joining the Amal Fellowship I learned a lot of things and also saw change in myself. I really want to share my experience with you.
Knowing Myself
Due to this fellowship, I know myself and Amal who I am, what I can and how to achieve my goals, and why I achieve this goal. At the start of the fellowship, it was a little bit difficult for me to know myself but with the passage of time I saw improvement and this was a great achievement for me.
Growth Mindset
Amal Fellowship provided me with an opportunity to perform work in different groups on a weekly basis that allowed me to learn from the experiences of my fellow members. Apart from this, we were assigned a number of project works which were composed of different online courses, quizzes as well as DIY activities and self-reliance projects that allowed me to learn more and helped me in my personal growth and development in one way or the other.
In person sessions comes a lot of improvement in my life I learned a soft skills:

- Problem Solving
- Leadership
- Gratitude
- Extra mile
- Passenger Series
- Strength and Weakness
Amal fellowship enabled me to know myself in a better way. It allowed me to know my inner talent, my skills, my weaknesses, my goals, and various tips to achieve them.
Volunteer & Entrepreneurship
Due to this fellowship, I gained an opportunity to work as a volunteer and as an entrepreneur and this was an awesome experience working as a volunteer to collect donations of Edhi foundation as an entrepreneur worked with my Megaproject circle team and gain a lot of achievement due to cooperative behavior, kindness, extra mile. And every successful person behind a team we are all a team of this project and strength of each other. I am learning this fellowship Ek or Ek gyarah so this project realizes the word of Ek or Ek gyarah without this I cannot gain alone a huge achievement because a team is a huge achievement and power.
Resume & Cover Letter
I have no more experience with Resume and Cover Letter before the Fellowship but after Amal fellowship taught me well how to design a Superhero Resume and Cover letter to maximize the chances of getting a job.
Networking
During the fellowship, I came across fellows from different fields that provided me an opportunity to expand my network through LinkedIn played a vital role in reaching many people that could help me in any sort of Professional guidance.
Mock interviews were arranged for us during the fellowship that gave us an experience of how to appear in a professional interview and how to respond to the questions asked by the interviewer. This was an awesome experience for me due to this interview I realize what I am and how to change and groom myself more this interview is the best interview of my life.
My fellowship journey is coming to end now, I can clearly see the difference between my life before and after the Fellowship. Now when I look back and connect the dots, I realize how my life has been changed from an unprofessional version of myself to a professional version. I can see much improvement in my leadership, communication, time management as well as other personal and professional skills.
This fellowship is the best experience of my life and I saw change myself. I prefer you to join this fellowship and build up your skills. You learn a lot of new things and saw changing own yourself after the fellowship times does not come back to avail this opportunity because each thing is a specific time.
“Time does not come back but your efforts and hard work is always with you in every aspect of your life”.
I really thank my Teachers and mentors Sir Ahsan and Mam Khadija both of you are ideal personalities for me who helped me to improve myself through various resources and give us a lot of time and feedback on how to improve ourselves and told us never to fell down always stand up because every day is challenging you to go to the extra mile and improve yourself you can.
I would like to thank again my teachers and its honor for me. You are my teacher and mentor and I always wish all teachers to be like you.
